| Simon & Olivia | "We're so pleased we went with Genco Construction to complete our first round of renovations to our house. We were nervous going into it as we were first time renovators, to us it was a big project (full garage conversion, extension & two new bathrooms) going from a very dated 3 bed, 1 bath, 1 living room house to a modern 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 living room house & needed it done on time as our first baby was due only weeks after. I had heard horror stories around projects being severely delayed and/or going over budget but we had no such issues & overall it was a stress free experience even at 8 months pregnant! Of course with all projects like this you would expect some glitches but they were all minor & resolved within budget & within the deadline. As mentioned above, this is only the first round of renovations to our home & we will definitely be contacting Genco for the second." |
